This can include matching your details with current job opportunities, providing you with information about job opportunities advertised through our website. Providing you with recruitment services, providing you with vacancy alerts for jobs, conducting salary surveys of our candidates and carrying out market research and analysis. Also to answer enquiries, feedback and complaints and internal record keeping. We will give you information that you request from us to improve our services, notify you about changes to our services and to allow us to operate our website efficiently. We will ensure that the content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer and to keep the website secure. How long we will hold your information

We will only keep your information for as long as reasonably required. The length of time we will keep and store your personal information for will depend on the services we perform for you and for how long you require these.  We often help candidates with placements over many years, and often throughout their careers, the purpose for which we retain candidate data is often an ongoing purpose.  We conduct regular data-cleansing and updating exercises with our candidates to ensure that the data that we hold is accurate and that we are not holding data for too long.

Who do we provide your information to?

Where you have provided us with your CV, and where it is necessary or appropriate to do so, we may send information relating to you to: prospective employers and clients in connection with the recruitment process in order for them to assess your job eligibility. We will not forward your details to our clients without discussing the relevant position with you first and obtaining your consent to do so. Third parties where we have retained them to provide services that you or our client has requested. Some examples of these are; references, qualifications and criminal reference checking services, verification of the details you have provided from third party source, psychometric evaluation and/or skill tests; and companies and individuals we engage to perform business functions and services on our behalf. Such functions may include, for example, hosting our web servers, analysing data, providing legal, accounting and marketing services.
