Meet the Team

Jason Watson’s journey in the hospitality industry began at the age of 16 when he worked as a waiter to save up for his first motorbike. His passion for the sector has only grown over the past 28 years. A significant portion of his career was spent with a leading late-night entertainment brand, where he won several industry awards and played a key role in launching some of the company’s most successful nightclubs and bars.

Seventeen years ago, Jason transitioned into recruitment, successfully developing and leading the hospitality division at a well-established London-based National Leisure and Hospitality Agency. Under his leadership, the team grew to 8 recruiters, covering all sectors of the hospitality industry.

As the founding Director of JSW Recruitment, Jason specialises in hospitality recruitment, focusing on building long-term relationships and partnerships with both candidates and clients. Outside of work, Jason is a devoted father of two young boys and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also relishes the occasional escape for a round of golf.

Helen Keating spent 10 years in sales and operational leisure management gaining experience she has drawn on ever since over 21 highly successful years in recruitment. Her first 10 years were spent in Leisure and Hospitality recruitment heading up a specialist permanent recruitment team for a major national solutions based agency. Here she successfully recruited for major household brands within Health and Fitness, Spa and Beauty and Hospitality. Helen then moved to manage a high street recruitment agency for 2 years, gaining invaluable experience across many sectors, growing and developing teams before joining forces with Jason Watson to strengthen JSW’s presence and network in the Hospitality, Leisure and Property Industry. Helen’s experience and professional approach provides a discrete and integral service that ensures the best candidates for every position. Outside work mum of twins Helen maintains a keen interest in health and fitness, and loves to get away on weekend breaks.
