We are looking to find the very best Spa Therapists for one of the very best day Spa’s in the country, a fairly new spa which is quickly becoming recognised for customer satisfaction, product innovation and spa quality. This luxury day spa offers an extensive range of consultation based spa treatments within multi-function treatment rooms, a world class thermal suite, hydrotherapy pool and relaxation rooms. This is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a leading team of quality Spa Therapists. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years experience from a reputable hotel, cruise, resort or day spa with exceptional customer service and high regard for excellence. As part of the therapist team you will receive ongoing product training. On a daily basis you will provide a range of treatments to the highest professional standards, deliver five-star treatments and service and adhere to the treatment protocol to deliver memorable experiences throughout the Spa journey. As a Spa Therapist you will have experienced meeting retail targets as well as ensuring the repeat custom is high. Ensuring the highest possible standards of hygiene and cleanliness will be part of your every-day working life, you will also assist with reception and spa attendants when necessary to ensure customer needs are consistently met along with assisting with PR functions and special promotional activities. This is a key role within this amazing luxury Spa where you will be part of a team of excellent Therapists creating a nurturing, caring and welcoming environment for both clients and team. We are keen to speak to experienced Therapists who are interested in either full or part time hour. It is essential you are a qualified level 3 therapist and hold a recognized Therapist certification. (Qualifications to be NVQ Level 3 CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent)
