JSW is excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic Operations Manager for a rapidly expanding Coffee and Health-conscious QSR Brand. The role will be split between London, Cardiff, and Spain. We are seeking a talented individual to oversee operations across our hospitality division, e-commerce, and food service division.
This hands-on international role has the potential to lead to the position of UK Operations Director for the right candidate within the next two years.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while also developing new business opportunities.
- Opportunity to establish a long-term career with a leading market player during an exciting phase of growth.
- Responsible for the profitability and operational compliance of your specific business portfolio.
- Work closely with the CEO and Sales & Marketing Director.
- Foster effective working relationships with key contacts in each department, including GMs, Chefs, F&B Managers, Franchise Owners, and other department heads.
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts within the Coffee Company and the Fast Food QSR chain, understanding their business needs and providing solutions.
- Organise and execute pop-up events at renowned sporting arenas and festivals across the UK.
Essential Requirements:
- EU Passport and right to work in Spain is essential. Accommodation and travel will be provided.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends, as they are core trading days for our events, Coffee Houses, and QSR locations.
- Previous experience working for a coffee or QSR brand.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Creative mindset to drive new product ideas and customer acquisition.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Ambitious and professional with a positive, persistent, consistent, and disciplined approach.
- Attention to detail in both Back of House and Front of House operations.
While you will receive extensive support, a positive attitude and a keen interest in coffee are distinct advantages.
Salary/Benefits Information:
- Basic salary of up to £55,000 p.a (depending on experience).
- £20,000 p.a bonus.
- International travel and accommodation.
