Job Description

A unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Manager to work in a stunning location with views of the beach as your back garden, accommodation is included! This is a Deputy Resort Manager position and will cover all operations within a large, high end holiday park. We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring leader with strong commercial skills, a great eye for detail and knows what great looks like across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will come from lodge, high end holiday parks, health and fitness, hotels or general leisure, you will currently either be a General Manager or Deputy Manager looking to move to a larger, high end business, 4/5* experience would be an advantage. The role will be to deputise in the GM's absence but work alongside the other head of departments. Management of grounds and maintenance, leisure and spa, security as well as the commercial side of the business will be a big part of the role. You will need to show a strong proven track record of managing large teams of people with some great examples of coaching and developing your team whilst delivering first class service and standards. Accommodation can be provided for single or a couple for a streamlined relocation to a beautiful part of the country. The package for the position will be a basic salary up to £55k plus bonus with accommodation.
