This is a great opportunity for a General Manager to open and drive forward an exciting, dynamic and funky NEW Burger Restaurant on the back of phenomenal success with their original site in UK. The brand is all about energy, its freshly cooked food with a strong bar and daytime offering. We are looking for a General Manager from a branded or non branded restaurant background, it's going to be all about your energy and passion and as such we're really keen to talk to career minded senior Assistant Managers who are ready and looking to take on their first restaurant as a General Manager or alternatively an existing GM looking for a new and exciting challenge.

What's essential is you'll enjoy being front of house and highly visible in the restaurant with diners and staff, you'll be recruiting coaching and developing your team to consistently deliver great service and ensure that this restaurant is the new place to go and be seen in London, offering a great value and fun family experience. You'll need to be passionate about delivering to standards, you'll be strong with figures and cost controls and you'll be highly efficient at rostering the team and ensuring that GPs are hit across the range of food and wetside sales. You’ll be responsible for the profit and loss, for a business that will be turning over in excess of £2million per annum, so financial management skills are essential.
We are particularly keen to talk to managers currently working for branded high street and/or fast paced restaurants who love what they do and are genuinely passionate about serving great fresh food with quality ingredients and who can show us what great service looks like.
The package on offer comprises of a highly competitive basic salary up to £45K dependent on experience accompanied by an opportunity to earn up to £9k bonus plus tips and paid overtime. Based on 45 hours week 4/5 days.
