Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Caravan Sales Manager with a proven track record of success to work for one of the largest and most successful leisure holiday businesses in the UK. My client has strong values around people and their future developement, this is a perfect position to grow with the company and develop to a park General Manager of the future. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing sales teams and selling high value products or services, ideally from the holiday park industry. You will be managing a team to sell holiday homes on a very large park that can cost up to £350k and you must be able to display the ability to not only drive a team but also to sell this value confidently. The park is a hive of activity and offers a multiple high volume entertainment, retail or leisure operations as well as having up to 100 team members on site and 5000 holiday makers. As such you’ll see this is not only a fantastic lucrative opportunity, it is also a great experience and challenge. The right candidate must have a strong sales background with an ability to drive high performance, driving sales integrity throughout the team and having the customer's sales experience at your heart. You must be able to give a clear vision for sales and commercialism and ultimately deliver exceptional revenue performance and KPI success. This must all be done whilst maintaining strong margins and cost control. Drive as well as personality is essential along with excellent communication skill along with knowledge of delivering service which is hugely important and the sales process must have a fresh feel to it. You will be given a huge amount of autonomy to meet and exceed your targets and we are looking for individuals who will relish this freedom and who can and will go the extra mile to ensure that your team exceed their targets. We are looking for candidates with strong B2C experience in a fast paced direct proactive sales management role which involves high value products, ideally from the holiday park industry but we will also consider a leisure, car industry, service or hospitality background. Accommodation on site is available for a period to make any relocation run smoothly, making this one of the most challenging and exciting opportunities in the hospitality/Leisure industry today. Ideally you will be prepared to live along the South Coast.
