JSW is recruiting for a phenomenal venue near London Bridge. Our client is looking for an impressive and driven Sales Manager or Executive ready to take the next step in their career.

This well-known venue hosts a variety of events such as corporate functions, launch parties, awards parties, balls, sporting events, and club nights. With its adaptability and versatility, it offers the successful Sales Manager a wide range of sales opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include maximising incoming business, proactively targeting new clients, and raising the venue's local profile through effective marketing and networking.

As a venue Sales Manager, your role will involve maximising and growing the business's pre-booked function and event revenues. This will require implementing a strategic sales and marketing strategy and overseeing all aspects of advanced bookings. It is essential that you position the venue as a key destination for social and corporate parties and events in the surrounding areas.

To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to achieve budgeted sales targets by driving booth, party, function, and event bookings. Ideally, you will have proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry. We are particularly interested in individuals who are outgoing and understand how to create a memorable night out while working during the day. Understanding the target market is crucial.
