We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to run a high volume restaurant located in a beautiful location near Greenithe. My client is an established operator with a number of restaurants throughout the UK. The restaurant offers a branded food and drinks menu throughout the day including amazing breakfasts, lunches and evening meals.
We are very keen to talk to experienced Restaurant Managers or Assistant Restaurant Manager with a branded restaurant or high volume food lead pub background. What's essential is you'll enjoy being front of house and highly visible in the restaurant with customers and staff. You must be a people person as you'll be recruiting coaching and developing your team to consistently deliver great service and standards. You will possess strong commercial skills & financial acumen and you will have full accountability for the operations and finances of the venue. Maximising revenue opportunities throughout the Restaurant and Bar operation will be a key part of the job.
The Ideal candidate must have proven track record from within a successful busy restaurant, as well as being a huge personality with outstanding leadership qualities and communication / organisational skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity, has a great package with basic salary up to £32k plus bonus, with Christmas and New Year off.
This role would also suit someone looking to relocate, with genuine opportunities to progress into multi site management going forward.
Accommodation may also available for a few months to help anyone relocating.
