NEW EXCITING ROLE FOR 2025!
Are you an experienced multi-site manager with a passion for the food industry? We are looking for a Multi-Site QSR Manager to oversee five branded QSRs, including Burger King, Chopstix, and Papa John's commutable from Newcastle. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational food safety, allergen management, health and safety requirements, and legislation are always adhered to.
You will also be responsible for recruitment by attracting and retaining top talent, alongside coaching and developing your team. You will create a fun and positive environment within the team, passing on your passion and enthusiasm so they can deliver a great product to customers. You must be very organised and customer-obsessed, with exceptional leadership skills. Sound judgment and the ability to manage conflicting priorities when under pressure are essential.
Experience working at the multi-site management level within a well-known high street takeaway brand would be an advantage.
This is an amazing NEW opportunity that offers a great package: a salary of up to £40,000 plus a £4K bonus, with private accommodation provided if required.
