Job Description

An immediate fantastic opportunity exists for a Pub Manager to re-launch a recently refurbished community Pub near Litchfield. My client is a independent Pub operator who have an aggressive role out programme throughout the Midlands. The Pub needs to be all about community spirit with amazing service and great product. This community Pub offers a quirky food menu though-out the day alongside a fantastic programme of events to attract local customers and families from the area.

The Ideal candidate must have proven track record of running a food lead Pub and the necessary attributes to deliver a fantastic programme of events to attract a large range of customers. You will be a huge personality with outstanding leadership qualities and communication skills, used to managing team, will be kitchen and front of house focused and be able to do it all with a huge smile on your face! As Pub General Manager you will have total responsibility for your P&L, so financial and stock management experience will be imperative.

This is an amazing opportunity and has a great package, with basic salary up to £35k, the rewards for outperforming are second to none with exciting bonus package. The potential for progression within this company in its infancy is also very realistic.
