Job Description

My client is a high volume resort operation with a multi-million pound turnover across a 38 week trading period. YES, Christmas Off! You would be working for a company recognised as one of the very best employers in the UK. This is an exciting career opportunity to join a large business focused on delivering excellent customer service with a key focus around people. The operation is earmarked for investment so we are looking for an ambitious candidate who can grow with the business. The role is to manage multiple branded F&B venues through a large team across a large holiday resort village.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record running multi-site high volume branded Restaurants, branded food lead Pubs or branded Hotel F&B/Restaurant outlets as well as being a huge personality with outstanding leadership qualities and communication skills. The right candidate must also have a strong sales background with an ability to drive sales through pro-active marketing and retailing. You will have responsibility for budgeting and the key to success will be the ability to deliver and manage both GPs and bottom line profit across the venues so strong Profit & Loss experience is essential. You will also need to demonstrate excellent people management and administrative skills, and be able to work under considerable pressure during the peak season.You will be given a huge amount of autonomy to meet and exceed your budget and we are looking for individuals who will relish this freedom and who can and will go the extra mile to ensure that your team of managers and full and part time complement of up to 100 staff work to achieve the venues targets. With up to 5000 holidaymakers coming onto the park each and every week in peak season their overall experience is of paramount importance to my client and the most important criteria for you as Multi-site Food & Beverage Manager is to ensure that the holidaymaker feedback surveys show excellent results across your department. The rewards for outperforming are second to none and it would be realistic to expect a bonus of up to 50% of basic salary. Accommodation on site is always available for the first 6 months making this one of the most challenging and exciting opportunities in the hospitality industry today.
