We are looking for a Commercial Multi-Site Complex Manager who is a strategic and dynamic leader. This role requires the right candidate to be an exceptional people manager with the resilience needed to navigate a complex business with multiple moving parts. The ideal candidate will be capable of executing a plan in manageable chunks and will not be phased by the absence of established systems and procedures, as they will be responsible for setting them up, including managing the new EPOS integration.
In this role, you’ll manage multiple F&B operations, franchisees, and retail offerings within a bustling holiday resort, overseeing a large team. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in running high-volume, multi-site F&B operations, whether in restaurants, food-led pubs, airports, or holiday parks with a turnover of over £6 million per annum. A big personality and exceptional leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to drive sales through proactive retail strategies. Cultural fit is very important to this company, which aims to create a vibrant and people-focused community; therefore, the right candidate must be an exceptional people manager.
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, gross profit, and bottom-line profits, making commercial acumen essential, along with outstanding people skills. You’ll thrive under pressure, especially during peak season, and enjoy the autonomy to lead a team of up to 120 staff plus 12 department heads, ensuring exceptional guest experiences for up to 10,000 holidaymakers weekly.
With a salary of up to £60k per annum plus an uncapped bonus, this role has a potential OTE of £85k or more per annum for the right candidates. (DOE Negotiable) This is one of the most exciting opportunities in hospitality today.
The role is commutable from Bristol or Somerset; however, on-site accommodation is available, making this the perfect position for those ready to take on a challenge and make a lasting impact.
