This stunning resort is set in a beautiful location in North Wales with outstanding facilities including it's own private beach. The right candidate must have a strong sales management background with an ability to drive high performance. You must be able to give a clear vision for sales and commercialism and ultimately deliver exceptional revenue performance and KPI success. A proven track record driving a team, coaching, developing and mentoring to deliver results is essential, with a good knowledge and experience of selling luxury lodges and or holiday homes to an affluent market. The right candidate for this role will have integrity and will have the needs of the customer at their heart. Service is hugely important and the sales process must have a fresh feel to it. You will be given a huge amount of autonomy to meet and exceed your team's targets and we are looking for individuals who will relish this freedom and who can and will go the extra mile to ensure that the sales team consistently deliver. The holiday homes on the park sell for in excess of £1m and you must be able to display the ability to sell and manage your team to sell to this value confidently. The rewards for outperforming are second to none and it would be realistic to expect a bonus/commissions of at least 100% of the basic salary for exceeding sales targets, making this one of the most challenging and exciting opportunities in the industry today.
