This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Kitchen Manager eager to excel within a top-tier Branded Restaurant and Coffee Shop. Imagine leading a kitchen that serves an all-day menu—breakfast, brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea—without sacrificing your evenings or weekends. You’ll oversee a team of around 10, including an Assistant Kitchen Manager, working closely with an inspiring Restaurant Manager. As part of the Restaurant Duty Management team, some front-of-house experience is ideal. Your day-to-day will involve managing all kitchen operations, including Stock Control, GP, H&S, Rotas, Ordering, and forward planning. The menu is set by a group development chef, so attention to detail and consistency in delivering high-quality dishes is key.

We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager with a strong background in fast-paced, high-volume environments, who can consistently deliver outstanding plates of quality food. The role is challenging but offers great rewards in both salary and benefits.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef from a fast-paced, branded background
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of H&S, GP management, and kitchen HR
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team year-round
  • Comfortable working with both fresh and pre-prepared ingredients
