Job Description

JSW has a Fantastic NEW role, with a rapidly expanding Hotel Group. 

The role is F&B Area Manager to oversea multiple F&B outlets within 6 hotels and resorts in Uk and Ireland, the operations range from premium branded restaurants to a la carte dinning. 

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic Multi Site / Area Managers who have personality and presence and a real passion for product, people and high quality service. You must have a zest for life and you will mirror the F&B operation which is fresh, fun and quirky. Must have great commercial awareness and the ability to motivate their team.

This Area Manager will be a support function and will involve travelling and spending some time away within an area covering multiple sites. You will be responsible for delivering support, coaching and training to managers within the F&B team concentrating on standards and service both front and back of house. We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude who are willing to go the extra mile. 

You will have a proven track record as a commercial manager with some excellent examples of self-development, what’s essential is you will be financially astute and be able to deliver a healthy bottom line. We are keen to talk to candidates with a strong F&B background and vast experience in coaching, developing and influencing people. Ideal background would be multiple F&B outlet Hotels, Resorts, Branded Restaurant or Cruise liners, with exposure to F&B t/o of £10million plus. 

Please be aware the nature of the role and geography does mean overnight nights stays away from home and a great deal of time travelling.

The rewards for outperforming are second to none and it would be realistic to expect a bonus of at least 20% of basic salary for beating your bottom line targets and achieving personal KPI’s. Basic Salary is up to £60k DOE, negotiable for the right candidate.
