JSW has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Head of Operations to work for a market-leading hospitality and leisure company that operates multifunctional venues across the UK. Our client have an aggressive rollout program with venue openings in major cities across the country. The venues host a diverse range of events, including concerts, competitive socialising, corporate parties, product launches, festivals, and much more.
The role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategies for new openings and the current estate.
This role would be suitable for a proven multisite operations manager from stadiums, concert venues, nightclubs, competitive socialising, or event-led businesses who is looking to step up to Head of Operations. It is essential that you are people-focused and driven but still enjoy being hands-on in a business that is evolving rapidly.
The ideal candidate will be able to work at a fast pace, have a commercially minded and tech-savvy approach, and be extremely well-organised. Experience with new openings would be a distinct advantage, as well as a passion for delivering high standards with a keen eye for detail.
This is an exceptional opportunity with a competitive package of up to £100k (DOE).
