Job Description

JSW has an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK daytime branded restaurant and cafe operation as a commercial project lead Group Head of Restaurant Proposition, a role that blends Restaurant proposition and Operations.

The right candidate will have the experience and knowledge to create and lead the product brief transition from start to completion. Working collaboratively with a strategic approach, you will develop the product, menu, operational/brand standards, and processes while supporting the teams' L&D requirements.

You need to be capable of setting clear, detailed expectations when handing over briefs to F&B operations, making first-class communication and organisational skills imperative. Reviewing and auditing are key processes in the role, especially when it comes to margin management and operational improvement plans. It is essential that you are financially astute and able to track stock, EPOS, and NPS performance.

The role also requires the ability to work within a collaborative support team, working with key departments as they create support plans for their Restaurant and Regional Managers. This position would suit a Product / Innovation / Programme Manager from Branded and/or Non-Branded Restaurants, Coffee Shops, or F&B Operations, with project management experience in F&B proposition and a restaurant management background.

You can live anywhere in the UK but must be prepared to travel throughout the UK. 

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
