This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK daytime branded restaurant and cafe operation as a commercial project lead Head of Restaurant Product, a role that has a blend of Restaurant proposition and Operations.
The right candidate will have the experience and knowledge to be able to create and lead the product brief transition from start to completion. Working in a collaborative way with a strategic approach to develop the product, menu, operational standards and process whilst supporting the teams L&D requirements.
You need to be capable of setting clear detailed expectations when handing over briefs to F&B operations so first-class communication organisation skills are imperative. Reviewing and Auditing is a key process of the role when margin management and operational improvements plans have been delivered, what’s essential is that you are financially astute and able to track stock and NPS performance.
The role also requires the ability to work within a collaborative support team, working with key departments as they create support plan for their Restaurant and Regional Managers. This position would suit a senior operator from Branded and or Non-Branded Restaurant, Coffee Shops or F&B Operation, with project management of F&B proposition with a restaurant management background.
The opportunity will pay a competitive salary (negotiable DOE) plus bonus and car allowance. You can live anywhere in UK but must be prepared to travel throughout UK.
