General Manager – Holiday & Owners Park
Commutable from Llandudno | Accommodation available

Are you an experienced leader in the holiday, leisure, or park sector who knows how to deliver brilliant guest experiences and lead a happy, motivated team? We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to oversee a busy and vibrant holiday and owners park in some of the UK’s most scenic coastal locations.

What’s the role about?
This is a big, varied role where no two days are the same. As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the park, making sure guests and owners have the best possible experience. From leading, coaching and developing your team , to making sure operations, finances, and customer service are all running like clockwork — you’ll be at the heart of it all.

You’ll create a positive, welcoming environment for both holidaymakers and holiday home owners, ensuring they feel looked after from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service every day
  • Creating memorable experiences for guests and owners, handling feedback and queries quickly and effectively
  • Building strong relationships with owners and ensuring they feel valued and supported
  • Managing daily park operations with a clear focus on customer service and safety
  • Overseeing financial performance, including budgets, revenue targets, and cost control
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve the guest experience, team engagement, and overall park performance

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who’s a real people person, thrives in a busy, guest-facing environment, and knows how to get the best out of a team.

You’ll ideally have:
✅ Previous experience in a senior management role within holiday parks, leisure, or hospitality, student accommodation and managing through Heads of Departments.
✅ A strong background in leading large teams and delivering top-notch customer service
✅ Experience working with holiday home owners or in an ownership-based park environment (bonus, but not essential)
✅ Great financial awareness – you’ll be comfortable managing budgets and driving revenue
✅ Brilliant communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with guests, owners, and your team
✅ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you can spot opportunities and fix problems fast
