Food and Beverage Manager

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to head up the food and beverage multi-site operation within a high end holiday resort. Not only is this a stunning resort with accommodation, it really is a lovely company to work for with strong values around their people and guest. We are looking for a dynamic manager who will be a key member of the senior leadership team within the resort. With responsibility for two full service restaurants and two bars with food service you will need to have experience driving a quality multi-site F&B operation and take full accountability for commercial results as well as guest satisfaction scores. The operation has grown and developed over the last two years so it’s imperative you have a proven track record coaching and developing your teams, delivering results and know how to grow a new business in some challenging times. Ideally your background will be multi-site from a busy quality branded restaurant, full service 4/5*hotel, holiday resort or cruise ship with a minimum turnover of £1.5m. You will have a proven track record as a commercial manager with some excellent examples of self-development as well as individual/team coaching and motivating whilst remaining hands on at the front of the operation.
