With a stunning beach side restaurant and various other food and beverage outlets my client is looking for the very best Executive Head Chef to drive their team of kitchen staff to deliver outstanding quality fresh food. As Executive Head Chef, you must be able to demonstrate an outstanding structured career cv to date ideally incorporating the ability to manage and quality multi-outlet restaurant dining, bar brasserie dining along with high volumes related to weddings and events.
As Executive Head Chef you will be totally responsible for managing the complete day to day running of this business, you will have full autonomy to manage your kitchen teams and have full financial accountability.
We are keen to talk to Exec Head Chefs or Senior Head Chefs who have a passion for delivering the very best service and fresh food, who can create modern menus and have a real interest in food. A good working knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and Allergen Legislation understanding is essential. Previous experience in a similar role is essential as are computer skills and financial acumen, together with the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload. An Executive Head Chef you will be someone that still enjoys working and cooking and developing your team around you as well as being able to delegate and motivate others to achieve great results.
The package for the position will be a basic salary up to £60k with accommodation available if you would like to relocate to this stunning part of the United Kingdom. This is as a long-term appointment with good growth and career progression.
