Job Description

A unique and exciting opportunity for a Director of Food & Beverage to work in a stunning location with accommodation included!

Does managing a beautiful restaurant on the coast along with several other food and beverage outlets and events within a high end holiday resort excite you?

If it does and you have a proven track record managing a high end F & B operation delivering quality service through the peaks and troughs of a seasonal operation then please get in touch.

You will have full autonomy to manage a circa £2m+ f&b operation within this resort which has plans for further development through the next couple of years. As a key member of the leadership team you will be responsible for operation the food and beverage area across the flagship resort. Recruiting, coaching and developing your team to deliver consistent service and standards will be a huge part of the role. You will need to be dynamic and inspiring and although this is a senior role you will not be afraid to be seen in the business. You will have a proven track record as a commercial manager with some excellent examples of self-development, what’s essential is you will manage your own P&L and deliver a healthy bottom line. We are keen to talk to candidates with multi-site Restaurant, bar and events experience, from cruise ships, large hotels, or restaurants with a minimum £2m turnover. Onsite accommodation means you can smoothly relocate with yourself and or a partner if needed.

The package for the position will be a basic salary up to £50k with accommodation available if you would like to relocate to this stunning part of the United Kingdom. This is as a long-term appointment with good growth and career progression in this national operator for the right individual through tangible results and contribution.
