JSW is working on a number of Designate General Manager roles in London within our clients’ bars, clubs, hotels and gastro pubs.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record as a manager in a high turnover bar, pub or nightclub, as well as being a huge personality with outstanding leadership qualities and communication skills. The role requires the candidate to be passionate about service standards & product presentation, whilst being able to generate promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability in venues as a whole.
What’s essential is that you’ll enjoy leading the teams, coaching and developing your team to consistently deliver great service and standards.
As Designate General Manager you will have a measurable personable Learning & Development Program, with a fast track to manage your own site.
We are particularly keen to talk to Deputy Managers, Duty Managers or Assistant managers currently working for busy pubs, style bars or nightclubs who love what they do! You must genuinely be passionate about serving great food and drinks and know what good service looks like.
The package on offer comprises a highly competitive basic salary of up to £40K plus bonus DOE.
