A unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Manager to work in a stunning location right on the beach in Abersoch and accommodation is included! This is a Deputy Resort Manager position and will cover all operations within a large, high end holiday park. We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring leader with strong commercial skills, a great eye for detail and knows what great looks like across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will come from holiday parks, cruise ships, hotels or general leisure, you will currently either be a General Manager or Deputy Manager looking to move to a larger, high end business, 4/5* experience would be an advantage. It’s a lovely company to work for, good culture with strong values in people, both guest and team. Accommodation can be provided for single or a couple for a streamlined relocation to a beautiful part of the country. The package for the position will be a basic salary up to £55k plus bonus with accommodation. This is as a long-term appointment with good growth and career progression within this national operator for the right individual through tangible results and contribution.
