We are looking for an experienced Deputy Park Manager with a strong guest experience focus to work for one of the largest and most successful leisure holiday businesses in the UK. My client is widely recognised as being one of the very best employers to work for in the country. The park is a hive of activity and offers multiple high volume entertainment, retail and leisure operations as well as having up to 100 team members on site, 100,00 holiday makers a year and 500+ owners holiday homes. This position is to report directly to the Resort GM and will take responsibility and daily leadership of the holiday experience team and the guest journey from arrival to leaving. We are looking for candidates with experience managing at least these departments or a GM from a smaller park with experience and knowledge of commercial billings in holidays and all aspects of guest relations. Ensuring the guest and owner receive the best experience through a strong and well trained customer facing team is a big part of this role, as such you will have a proven track record leading, coaching and developing large teams within a similar role and ideally from the holiday park industry. You will also be able to manage a P&L and work within budgets to deliver successful financial results and consistently receive excellent guest feedback scores.
