Job Description

We are looking for a career minded Deputy Manager for a recently refurbished multi-faceted family entertainment centre and bowling alley which will include bars, restaurant, function space and amusements in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to be an Deputy Manager for a dynamic and forward thinking company. As Deputy Manager you will be part of a management team responsible for the day to day operation of this Centre.

The right manager must be extremely organised and be able to think on their feet as this isn't a normal Deputy Manager’s role, there’s a real variety to the operation. The perfect candidate will be a proven operator at assistant / duty management level for at least two year and have a track record from bowling, amusement, style bar, nightclubs or restaurants. 

Ideally you would have worked within a similar centre with exposure to a turn-over of at least £1.5 Million. You must be used to delivering the operation to the highest of standards and the key will be your leadership skills and ability to lead your team from the front. Bar and Restaurant stock management experience would be imperative.  

The package on offer comprises of a highly competitive basic package of up to £25K basic plus bonus, negotiable for the right person OTE £35k.

Please be aware this role is a late night operation so hour will be unsociable with some shifts finishing at midnight. Must live within easy commuting distance or be prepared to re-locate.
