Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established global company with a start-up in the UK, they have been operating here for a couple of years now and have made excellent progress growing a presence in the market. My client is a cloud based marketing automation services company with a fantastic product aimed at the hospitality market; pubs, clubs, nightclubs and restaurants. They are currently the market leader in Australia within the hospitality and activity/leisure industry and are starting to grow a solid market share within the UK at a rapid rate. This forward thinking company are building and growing a UK Business Development Team with a primary focus and goal to grow the market share within the UK hospitality industry. We are looking for candidates with a mature and entrepreneurial mind set who have experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry and have the drive to sell this amazing SaaS based marketing tool. You will need to have experience and preferably contacts from the sector and an understanding of marketing/tech/SaaS in the hospitality industry. The company culture is great, you would have full autonomy to work your own hours to deliver revenue targets as well as client acquisition, client retention and brand awareness, all across the pub, club, nightclub and restaurant sectors.

You may well be in a current BDM role working for a drinks brand, Hospitality booking platform, perhaps an online hospitality job board or you may have a sales and marketing background from the industry with an array of contacts and knowledge.

What’s essential is that you are able to grow a huge passion for this exciting SaaS based product and understand how this can hugely benefit your prospects.

B2B sales experience is preferred and it would be a huge advantage to have knowledge of working with CRM, Databases and Marketing Systems.

This is a field based role with travel in and around the South East and London but sometimes further afield, car expenses and travel expenses will be payed along with a mobile phone and laptop.

My client is offering an attractive basic salary of up to £50k + uncapped commissions.
