Job Description

JSW has an immediate and exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager at a multi-million-pound, iconic large venue in South East London. This flagship site is renowned as a party venue and features a fantastic separate sports bar famous for showcasing American sports. The venue also boasts two spacious bar and restaurant areas that create a vibrant party atmosphere throughout the week.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in high-turnover style bars, nightclubs, or wet-led venues. We are seeking candidates with likability, a strong desire to learn, and a proactive attitude. You will receive coaching from an experienced General Manager to help develop your career, covering all areas of operations.

Experience in multi-site management would be a distinct advantage, and the ability to work under considerable pressure is crucial in this dynamic venue. Most importantly, you will enjoy leading a large team, including managers, the door team, and 50 staff members. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to consistently deliver excellent service, high standards, and quality products.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a competitive package, offering a basic salary of up to £35k plus bonus.
