JSW are thrilled to announce an immediate opening for an Assistant/Deputy Manager at a prestigious Traditional Pub, celebrated for its live music events. Nestled in a prime location in South East London, this pub serves as the flagship venue in our client's portfolio of traditional pubs across the city. With a loyal clientele and a simple menu available throughout the day, paired with a wide selection of ales, cocktails and wines, this is an incredible workplace.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in management within a Traditional Pub or style-bar setting. The ideal applicant will have the skills to deliver an engaging program of live events that attracts a diverse crowd. If you have a vibrant personality and enjoy leading by example, this role is perfect for you. Your commitment to maintaining high service standards and delivering a consistent guest experience is essential. Initiative and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this position. Above all, you will seize the opportunity to be the face of the pub, treating it as if it were your own. As the Assistant/Deputy Manager, you will also oversee stock and people management, making prior experience in audited stock systems a must.

This fantastic opportunity offers a competitive salary package ranging up to £38k, plus tronc, based on experience. There is also a realistic potential for career advancement within our company.
