Job Description

JSW has a NEW fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Bar Manager within an amazing prestigious historic estate on the out skirts of Nottingham.

This exclusive venue delivers a quality Food and Beverage operation including an Casual Dining Restaurant, Cocktail Bar, Woodfired Pizza and multiple pop up artisan offerings. My client is a premium independent operator who set extremely high standards across all areas of operation.

The Ideal candidate will be an exceptional FOH and Bar host who thrives on delivering an unrivalled customer experience. You must have a proven track record of management within a bar operation such as a premium Cocktail Bar, Private Members Club, or boutique Hotel. What's essential is you'll enjoy leading the team, you'll be coaching and developing them to consistently deliver great service and first class standards.

The ability to work under considerable pressure is crucial, with guest expectation set very high and often very demanding. As Assistant Bar Manager you will have responsibility for your department, so stock management experience is imperative.

A general interest and passion for history would be a distinct advantage for this role, with the estate being steeped in historic facts.

This is an amazing NEW opportunity that has a great package, with basic salary up to £20k which is negotiable.
